| Don't miss the final new player walk-in registration Monday, Feb. 8 from 6-8 p.m. at the Morgan Middle School Cafeteria. New players must attend a walk-in registration and bring their birth certificate. See ya there. |

New this year is a Girl's Rookie League for 1st and 2nd grade girls. This league will allow the girls an opportunity to learn how to hit a pitched ball off a live pitcher, how to properly field the ball, and how to throw the ball to first base to retire the runner. This league is for ALL 1st and 2nd grade girls, regardless of what league they played in last year (some exceptions may apply). The goal of this new league is to help ease the transition into the minor league.

Feb. 12: Final day for online registration
March 2: EYBS coaches meeting at Ellensburg High School, check back for time
March 13: Tryouts and draft for boy's major and minor leagues and girl's majors.
April 1: First day of practice for all EYBS teams.
April 17: Opening day 2010 season
A coaches clinic and equipment pickup is tentatively scheduled for March 29, 30, or 31.
